8 Weeks of Clinic

The Fredericksburg Field House’s (FFH) Youth Lacrosse program is a great place for any young lacrosse player to improve their skills, work hard, make new friends, and have fun! Our Lacrosse program is designed to give players the opportunity to acquire the skills necessary to fulfill their goals and reach their potential. FH winter clinic will immerse you in the sport, giving you the kind of focused, intensive training that is essential to improvement.  Every facet of the game is covered, teaching you the fundamentals and skills to become a valuable team player. The clinic curriculum feature basic stick positioning, catching and throwing techniques, proper groundball techniques, foot work, running with stick and ball, team defense and offensive strategies (field sense), and good sportsmanship.
