Adult/Youth Flag Football
The Fredericksburg Field House Adult Flag Football Leagues provide adults a fun and safe environment to play the game of Flag Football with the emphasis on fun and competitive recreation. A season consists of 7 regular season games plus a League Championship Playoff.
The Field House has four divisions NFC, AFC, XFC, and USFL

Adult/Youth Field Hockey
Adult Field Hockey leagues at the Fredericksburg Field House are dedicated to providing quality playing opportunities for adult hockey players ages 16 and older. All levels of players welcome. League games are played Sunday evenings all year long. 7 v 7 format, goalies optional.
Modified outdoor rules apply. Players can sign up as individuals or sign up an entire team.

We are currently running pick up for adults and upper level high school players on Sunday night from 7:30- 9:30

All players need valid Field House ID card
Balance and player registration form due on first game day
Maximum 12 players on a roster
8 teams max per division
Game times 22-24 minute halves with 2 minute intermission
7 week season Playoffs (guaranteed 8 games)
