Winter II Soccer Speed
Winter II SoccerSpeed ($99)
The sport of soccer requires technical ability, tactical awareness and an element of SPEED. This 6-week camp is designed to improve agility, coordination, power, running technique, quickness and speed based on the specific demands of soccer. This camp will be run by former professional player and current Fredericksburg Generals Head Coach Eric Dutt. Dutt holds a USSF “A” License and serves as the Director of Youth Development for the F.C. Fredericksburg Gunners. 

 Dates: Starts Wednesday January 16th- February 20th.  It will run for 6 weeks

FAAST Speed and Agility

F.A.S.S.T Speed and Agility Clinic

At FASST, we like to combine speed, agility, strength, reaction and resistance drills and use the latest in plyometrics.  Our goal is to push each child to his or her own limit and let them see how much of an athlete they really are and what they can become with determination, encouragement and understanding of proper training techniques. We are here to improve flexibility, agility, speed and strength.  We are not sports specific!
