Adult Field Hockey
Adult Field Hockey leagues at the Fredericksburg Field House are dedicated to providing quality playing opportunities for adult hockey players ages 16 and older. All levels of players welcome. League games are played Sunday evenings all year long. 7 v 7 format, goalies optional. Modified outdoor rules apply. Players can sign up as individuals or sign up an entire team. Next league begins Sunday April 13th 2008.

High Voltage Travel Teams
High Voltage Travel teams are for more serious hockey players looking for quality training and competition in the off season. We will begin with a conditioning program in the summer and practices will begin in late fall to prepare for the indoor season. All players are expected to make a full commitment which will impact the quality of the overall team and development of the individual player. Division: U19, U16 and U14.
